3 Day Notice - If you have a problem with your purchase, you must contact us within three days of receipt.
Bottle Returns - If you think the wine you received is bad, just re-cork the wine with the remaining contents in the bottle and contact us. We DO NOT accept a return of an empty bottle.
Shipments Returned to POP'S- If your purchase is returned to POP'S by the common carrier for any reason, you will be billed for shipping the return at the full shipping charge without coupons or promotions applied. We will then contact you to determine if you want the order shipped again or refunded, but, in no case will any shipping charges be refunded. If you choose to ship the product again, you will be charged for the shipment at the full shipping charge without coupons or promotions applied.
