A low alcohol wine (11%) and no added sulphur since its Biodynamic. This Dolcetto has vibrant fruit notes of cherry, forest berries, red current and red plum, with some floral tones of rose and violet. Very light when first opened, with some air it fleshes out a bit. Try it just very slighly chilled.
Fermentation with indigenous yeasts without added sulphur then aged in stainless steel tanks for ten months.
Vino Rosso Dosset is a fresh and light red wine with expression of red berries, red fruits, and black berries. Fruity, lively, yet charming attack, with flavors of blueberries, raspberries, finish marked by juicy and fleshy notes.
This delightful fresh, zippy and amazingly delightful Rosso is 100% Dolcetto, and takes you back to a time when a wine was made just from grapes and without all of the unecessary alcohol. This is the red wine definition of quaffable. 'Dosset' is local dialect for Dolcetto... viticulture practice also respects nature and the grapes she gives by eliminating all industrial fertilizers, herbicides, etc. Natural yeasts spontaneously ferment his wines without the control of temperature. The resulting wines are fresh, juicy and easy to drink on their own, but just like most real wine, pair fantastically with food.
