Our Columbia Valley Riesling is a blend of Riesling from throughout Washington’s Columbia Valley. The wine offers crisp apple aromas and flavors with subtle mineral notes. This is our “everyday Riesling” that is a pleasure to drink and easy to match with a variety of foods.
This is a pretty straightforward picnic blanket Riesling with soft acidity and what tastes like a touch of residual sugar. The honeysuckle, pear and lemon aromas are potent, followed by white peach, rhubarb and 7-Up flavors. Serve with crab rangoon and Ivy's “Apartment Life” album. Michael Alberty, 12/1/2023.
