Vineyard Notes
In 2018, this wine became certified organic. The vineyards are located in Lazise close to Lake Garda. the soil is gravelly and sandy of medium density, located on the valley floor. grapes are harvested by hand at the beginning of September of each year.
Production Notes
Vinification involves the separation of husks and stalks from the grapes followed by a soft pressing. fermentation is carried out at controlled temperature for 15-20 days using selected yeast. the wine is claried with bentonite which classies the wine as VEGAN. cold stabilized and kept at temperature control until bottled.
