This wine has scored points in 90's in 2018, 2019, 2020 and now again in the 2021 vintage.

Nautilus Estate produces serious Sauvignon Blanc, with site selection offering complex and age-worthy wines. Low yields give intense flavors and palate length, and lees-aging contributes creamy palate weight.

The high acidity and fresh flavors pair well with a wide range of seafood and vegetarian dishes. The flavor intensity can stand up to some chilli and the herb notes in the wine compliment Thai ingredients such as basil or lemongrass.

This wine has held it's own year after year.

Yes, it has classic Sauvignon flavors of passionfruit and grapefruit, but the volume’s turned down so you can dial in to the whole bottle. The naturally low-yielding growing season has imbued the wine with a core of intensity, which persists on the textured, fresh finish." March 2022

Still very young, the latest Sauvignon from this consistent producer takes its time opening, but when it does it offers aromas of lime and guava underpinned by white spice and snow peas.
