2019 Bollini Pinot Grigio

Every so often a red wine drinker comes across a white wine that makes you realize there is more out there than red wine, and here it is.

I tried Bollini Pinot Grigio for the first time about 9 years ago at a company wine dinner.

I fell in love with it then and every vintage has always been just as good.

A clean, fruity white with sliced-apple and lemon aromas and flavors. Medium-bodied, dry and steely. Crisp is the word.

Tasting Notes

Bollini Pinot Grigio is styled to show intentse varietal aromas with an especially fragrant bouquet and elegant, delicately focused white fruit flavors. The texture is crisp and clean in the mouth, with superb acid balance.
