From a certified biodynamic vineyard, this white offers mouthcoating flavors of apple, peach and grapefruit brightened by sappy acidity. The vivid freshness and exceptional length of this wine make it a good match for poultry, pork, pasta salads and seafood.

Wine Makers Notes

The nose is a delightful bouquet of honeysuckle, pear, guava, pineapple, jasmine, Meyer lemon and tangerine. The wine impresses from the start with round, juicy white fruit followed by bright acidity that carries through the mid-palate, showcasing more succulent fruit flavors of peach, pear, pineapple and lime with honey and jasmine accents. Softer acidity on the finish gives the wine a freshness that lingers. The wine was fermented in 100% stainless steel tanks which were temperature controlled to maximize fruit character. Aged sur lie for four months.
