line of Natural Wines.

Natural wine is made from grapes not sprayed with pesticides or herbicides. Natural winemakers handpick their grapes instead of relying on machines to harvest them. The purest of the pure — naturally fermented grape juice with no sulfites is often called “zero-zero,” referring to the lack of adding anything at any stage. 

    Active in Chilean agriculture, grape growing and winemaking since 1740, the Echeverria family established their current vineyards and winery in 1923 in the outskirts of Molina, a town in the Curico Valley.  Here, they grow grapes from French pre-philloxera rootstocks, on their 80 ha of vineyards.

I No Es Pituko Chardonnay By Vina Echeverria

No es Pituko' is Chilean slang for 'it ain't fancy' reflecting the fact that this wine was vinified naturally, without any additions at any stage

Winemakers notes

The appearance of this natural wine is pale yellow and is slightly cloudy, due to its lack of processing. On the nose, strong aromas of banana, apple and pear blend with toasted brioche. In the mouth, it is full-bodies and rich, with a creamy refreshing and fruity acidity.

I No Es Pituko Cabernet Sauvignon by Vina Echeverria

Winemaker notes

Intense and deep dark purple color with herbaceous aromas of ripe red fruits, green pepper and bread crust. This low-intervention natural wine has soft tannins and medium body. It is fresh and fruity, with flavors of raspberry, licorice and dark chocolate. We recommend drinking this wine slightly chilled.
