When Zagat called us the "store without walls", they were referring to our crackerjack staff of resident wine experts and our super efficient, super reliable system of getting you the wine you want when you want it. Now with on-line ordering capabilities from the convenience of your computer, Pop's has redefined the Zagat description. 

We discovered long ago that honesty is the best policy. Our sales associates play an important role in evaluating wines that are presented to us.  We do not direct or steer our sales people to sell certain (high profit) wines.  They are free to sell what they believe in.  We believe in the theory that you can only fool someone once.

We always price our wine with a fair markup added.  We do not price our wine based on what we think it will fetch.  Are our prices the best?  No, if you search long and hard enough you'll always find someone who's running a sale or has bought a larger quantity than we
were able to.

Pick out a "12-bottle market-basket" assortment and I guarantee you'll find our price tough to beat.  If someone runs a sale, they've got to make it up on something else, and you'll pay, believe me!

We want Happy customers and we'll do anything, short of  giving you the wine for nothing, to attain that goal.  Happy customers tell their friends, that gets us more happy customers.  It's amazing how well this formula works.  We provide our associates with the tools to take care of our customers and I'm proud to say that they've utilized those tools to create service that is state-of-the-art.
