".....A sleeper....."
“This blend of 60% Merlot and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon is one of
the best wines to yet come from this estate, owned by the proprietors of
Pichon Lalande in Pauillac. Juicy, succulent, cedary black currant fruit
intermixed with licorice, herbs and spice box are very pure, authoritative
and substantial. Dark ruby/purple, medium to full-bodied and delicious, this
wine should be drunk over the next 10-15 years. A sleeper.”

"This wine is friggin' delicious.....
..... on the Michael scale of deliciousness and merely $12 by
the case!! I cannot recommend it highly enough!! Because of its proximity to
Montalcino, a lot wine-geeks and sales people have been touting Monetcucco
as kinship to Brunello di Montalcino, where elevation is key in producing
long-lived Sangiovese. In fact, Montecucco is mostly low-lying plains where
often delicious plump Sangiovese is grown. I've tasted a lot of Montecucco
through the years, Montecucco Poggio Anima 2010 is a stand out...spend $12
bucks (buy the case! ) and you get the following..... 100% pure, honest,
lip-smackingly delicious Sangiovese wine with unique Brunello flavors, warm
red style, well balanced tannins and a long lasting final Brunello taste
that is made by Riccardo Campinoti, famed Brunello producer of Le Ragnaie.
A wine you spend $12 bucks for (by the case) and upon opening you are now
sipping on a $30 bottle just by turning the corkscrew!
In the glass the wine pours ruby red. There are aromas of red berries and
some spice, with underlying hardwood ash. Young and futuristically
promising; on the palate its medium bodied, with moderate red berry fruit
supported by ample soft tannins, while the acidity is slight at present. It
brings to mind a beach ball that has been blown up somehow and frankly needs
to be a blown a bit more to reach its fullest potential...and within an
hour, the development tasted shows that the wine is an outstanding buy!
Drink it Monday, Drink it Tuesday, and Drink it Wednesday...and ALL WEEKEND
LONG!! A HUGE BUY FOR US AND YOU!"

“Prepare to be surprised!.....
..... Moscato is probably one of the fastest growing in
popularity of the enormous number of grape varietals available....I bet
you're thinking sweet right now, aren't you? Yes, the American consumer has
developed a sweet tooth in wine that goes past dessert wines to include
everyday quaffers. But make no mistake... wine drinkers, both seasoned
enthusiasts and eager novices, still clamor for a dry, crisp, refreshing
white wine, especially as the weather warms and food choices lighten. From
the northernmost region of Eastern Italy, the prestigious Alto Adige
(referred to as Sudtirol by the mostly German speaking locals), comes a dry,
aromatic, flavorful gem...Moscato Giallo. Also referred to as
Goldmuskateller, the Austrian ancestry and skill of its winemakers is
undeniable, but Italy is now home turf. Of course, politically drawn
boundaries change, but not the quality of the soil the grapes grow in, the
climate, or the dedication of the winemakers. But it certainly makes for
interesting conversation. This dry Moscato is teaming with enticing floral
aromas, and is an unsurpassed aperitif. You'll surprise friends and family
when you serve this winner, and now you can also impress them with your
knowledge of wine geography.”

".…I would have paid double....."
"I had the pleasure and I mean shear pleasure of tasting this
at one our most recent staff training seminars. The packaging is awesome and
the quality is off the charts, I would have paid double for this wine. Blau
is a blend of 50% Mazuelo, 25% Syrah, and 25% Garnacha aged 4 months in
French oak. It is dense yet lively. This crowd-pleasing effort delivers a
big mouthful of fruit. Tasty, and well-balanced, this is an outstanding
value!"

"This Red Zin is a Deep, Dark, Dense.....
..... Glass Staining Red Zin that will have
you going back for another glass. Beautifully balanced with minty cloves,
red raspberry and tingly tannins that linger nicely.Zins are a category that
presents so much value to the wine consumer.
Unlike California Cabs... You can get a GREAT ZIN for less than $20!
To get a GREAT Cab, you gotta spend $50. Not with Red Zin... I honestly
don't know why more people aren't drinking Red Zins!
